  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.

    After you have booked your appointment, a confirmation email and/or text will be sent multiple times to remind you of your appointment. Therefore failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24hrs before your booked appointment time or a no show will result in an automatic charge of $50 to your card on file.

    Please understand the reason for this charge is due to the inconvenience in my work schedule and the inconvenience for other clients who were looking for a closer appointment time. Thanks for understanding.

  • Please communicate if you will be more than 10 minutes late at least 1 hour before your appointment. This allows me to determine if I can still accommodate you or if we need to reschedule. Please be aware that a cancellation fee of $50 will still apply to the current appointment.
