Your time in the studio is meant to be both relaxing and professional. We strive to create an atmosphere where every client feels valued and cared for.
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and others, please review the following studio policies and guidelines before your appointment.

Due to limited space and the need to accommodate other clients with appointments before or after yours, additional guests are not allowed in the studio.

For the comfort and safety of all clients, children are not permitted in the studio unless they have a scheduled appointment.

High Definition lace is my preferred choice, as it offers the most natural and seamless finish.
It’s also the industry’s top recommendation for achieving a flawless, skin-like blend that photographs beautifully.

A closure is typically placed at the center or side of the head, providing a natural-looking finish with minimal maintenance. A frontal, on the other hand, extends from ear to ear, covering the entire hairline to create the illusion of a natural scalp.
Because frontal installs require more upkeep, I usually recommend a closure install or unit for clients seeking a lower-maintenance option.

Yes, children are welcome for styling services as long as they can comfortably sit through the appointment without distress. We want every experience to be positive, calm, and enjoyable for both the child and the stylist.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $80 cancellation fee. Missed or same-day cancellations will result in an automatic charge to the card on file.
This policy ensures fairness to both the stylist and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Thank you for your understanding.

We value your time and strive to ensure every client’s experience remains seamless. If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please notify your stylist at least one hour before your appointment.
This allows us to determine if we can still accommodate your service or if rescheduling is necessary.
Late arrivals without notice will be charged a $80 fee no exceptions.

Yes. About one month before your wedding, a mandatory final meeting will be scheduled to go over any last-minute details, confirm your hairstyle choices, and finalize timing.
If you are working with a wedding planner or coordinator, you are encouraged to share their contact information so we can ensure a seamless experience.

Bridal installs are typically done the night before your wedding day. This allows for efficient time management, reduces morning stress, and ensures your style is set perfectly for your big day.

Yes. The stylist does travel for bridal appointments. However, clients are responsible for all travel and accommodation costs.
